Envelope direct mail combined with an internet sweepstakes for consumers, while dimensional direct mail reached Internet Service Providers, and self-mailers pitched retailers and resellers.

Consumer sales response climbed to 8.35% through careful creative and offer testing, while package cost declined as less expensive package formats delivered sales at a similar rate to the larger, 4-color packages!
